Curtain Call—Canon EOS 30D
Painted by my camera obscura using that defective lens I’ve been whining about. It was taken the same day I took yesterday’s entry. Below are some more painted skies I captured using that same lens. The problem I’ve been experiencing with my camera (or rather lens), other than the error99 code popping up, is that when I do finally get to snap something, the lighting in my images make some parts lighter than they really are and other parts darker. I also get a lot of flaring which, in the world of photography, is like committing a sin. Not that I care about committing photography sins but I do like my gear to work for me when I need it to. Anyway, here are some more painted skies:

athena, i love that comment. you are so right about beauty being everywhere. and equally right that good food, sadly, is not as abundant.
