A couple weeks ago Peter Hülsmann (Huelsmann), a graphic designer from Germany, emailed me asking permission to use one of my photographs for a catalogue that he was designing for one of his clients that sells coloured rubber surfaces. The photograph he referred to was one that I took of the children playing in the playground when we were in Bilbao, Spain last year. He was searching the internet for emotional and environmental shots when he came across my blog and because he was so kind to ask, I gave him permission to use the photograph along with two other shots that I thought would be suitable for his catalogue (I do not charge to use my photographs, but I do like to know how my photographs will be used). A catalogue was sent to Captain O in the states, and Captain O tells me that it looks good. I asked Peter if he could email me a copy of the catalogue so I could show all my friends here. Above and below are the three pages (the ones of our children playing in the playground).
