It’s official. Six weeks more of vacant kitchen space it is. Our kitchen cabinetry is going to be returned. The carpenter began installing it early last week and now we’re saying au revoir to it. I always liked the striped bamboo look and the three different coloured cream trims was growing on me but alas it’s not what we paid for. I have to remind myself how, the way we’re living, how it’s just like camping but I think I say it more to convince myself that things could be worse. At least we have air-conditioning not to mention water for the garden. And that’s a luxury most campers don’t have.
